Return Policy
At Claire & Elise Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Request your return by contacting info@claireandeliseboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Send the item back entirely at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was entered, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
